Hey A don't fret none over the Liver-Flush it's a walk in the park. I have done more than 18 over a 2.5 year period without complications whatsoever and as I've told may times on this forum the next day I'm full of energy and turn into Mistah Honrdawg ;+D

This last one I did some weeks back was the first where I din't pass any solid stuff so I may be at the end of my Liver Cleansing journey and ready to go maintainace of 2 or 3 a year. BTW I do The Clark Flush with the Grapefruit juice instead of water variation.
