So here I am 7 days later. It took 6 days from the day I posted this to get some relief. By that time I had made a doctor's appt, which I kept although I didn't need it by that time. However the appt was fruitful in that I found out I had polyps in my nose, somewhere. I had heard that chronic sinusitis could be caused by polyps which may be blocking the sinus cavities.

However, I did manage to heal myself, using the neti pot and going grain free/sugar free including fruit. I am now adding fruit back in and peanut butter, as I know it wasn't fungal but most likely related to the grains and drinking tea with coconut sugar, because coconut Sugar is a disaccharide.

Anyway was just sharing what I learned.
