My Iodine level is through the roof and I am not sure what would bring Iodine level down. I haven't been consuming any Iodine supplements and the last Lugol's solution I consumed was back in September 2014 (one drop). I really need to bring down my iodine level and was wondering if anybody knew an antidote or a treatment. I would sincerely appreciate your response.
