I had an exposure a few years ago, to either mold or chemicals or something after doing remodeling in the SF Bay Area.

I seemed to have a remnant of this exposure in the area where I'm living, and I moved a lot, so I think it's something on my belongings.

I have 3 air purifiers, alternate leaving windows open, run a fan, and closing them, and running the air purifiers.

Still, I wake with and experience often, one or more:

pain in my head
pain in my sinuses
strange sensation in the back of my throat

Tried a lot, including juicing, herbs, pills advised by my ND, tapping, acupuncture and more.

Nothing seems to keep this away. Anyone have any ideas of what else I can try?
