I disagree to a certain point on dry fasting provoking kidney stones.
Yes, there are variables like the soft/hardness of the drinking water too take into account, but the body stores fat soluble vitamins in the visceral fat around the liver, pancreas, kidneys and intestines like there's no tomorrow! In a clean diet, that fat is well-stocked.
kidney stones come forwards in a measly poor diet where the body has had to utilize calcium in the bloodstream as a buffer against acidic conditions for ages!

From the evidence I hear, the kidneys have periods during the fasts where it is resting from activity. Forced water intake could simply irritate the kidneys by putting active demands on the water filtration system and pull extra potassium and salts out of surrounding tissues to carry out that function.

The liver is fully capable of taking over the business of blood filtration and in the case of dry fasting, might likely benefit.
It's just dependant upon how high the levels of k2 are stored about the liver and kidneys?
Vit k2 buffers the tissues against calcium damage across the whole body. It participates with magnesium to actively prevent the formation of calcium oxylates.

Make no mistake, the Lord made an amazing vessel for us to live in!
