Hi ,

Even though you can potentially do a lot of stuff to get better.It's better to collect more data about your body to know what's going on inside ,so that you can take appropriate supplements/protocols.

Detailed blood tests can you give you some information , but don't really give much insight into what's really your mineral levels etc.

If you are anyway taking a lot of supplements then better get a HAIR mineral analysis done , so that you can structure the supplement program. This is a more comprehensive and a much more gentle approach to achieve health.
