Approx 6 hours ago I mixed warmed up hemp oil and honey so the honey would become thinner and kinda mix with the hemp oil. Then I added 1 teaspoon of 100% Pine Gum Turpentine. To my surprise it tastes like pine honey. Barely even noticed the gum spirit turpentine.

About 2 hours after I ate the mix with a spoon, my tummy started to growl and make bubbling noises. Then I started to get a ton of gas. There wasn't really any smell to the gas, I think I have farted like 30 times since it started. Also, when I urinated, the smell was crazy weird. Like yeasty weird smell. My stomach has been swollen or cramped for the past 20 odd years. I can almost see my abs! I think this is the first time my gut has not been cramped. I didnt realize how cramped my gut was until now, when I feel so much better.

I just figured out that I have SIBO Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth. I suspect I also have Candida as well. The past 4 years I have had the worst pot belly in the world, despite eating a fairly clean diet. I can't believe how much my gut has come down. I have tried everything. This is the most instant and most amazing change I have ever experienced. I will be adding more updates over the next week. But I am off to an amazing start.
