The liver uses choline from fatty foods to produce bile, and holds onto the choline as much as it can. Choline is necessary for the breakdown of fatty acids and absorbtion of fatty acids- thus issues breaking down stones in the liver/gallbladder. *

Undigested fats (cholesterols) get backed up when the liver can't process them (because it can't conjugate them with the colesterols), and thus the snotty nose/mucosal issues coming up your bloodstream to your nose and mouth.

Look up the other functions of choline as well.
FX, maintenance of the thymus gland, production of acetyl-choline, a major neurotransmitter, acting as a component in cellular membranes.. and plenty more.

Organic, free-range egg yolks,
organic sunflower and soy lecthins
And ox bile are richest in choline.


Pick up the healthy protiens again once you're good and strong on choline and better able to digest fats.
The egg-yolk-and-fresh-lime-juice liver/gallbladder flush once a day is a good place to start.

Ox bile <100 mg with fatty meals can jumpstart it too.

You need a wide variety of basic protiens to keep your enzyme production in the pancreas good and strong. That's second line inbuilt defense (behind stomach acid and salivary enzymes) against parasites, infections, et-cetera.


God did indeed make us a perfect creation, but things 'ent so easy in these bodies!
I'd say be wary of idealist diets.. There's a pretty good reason we became omnivores.. The soil conditions no longer grow ideal foods that help us manufacture our proteins.
Try research on cellular functions for your next round of learning. It's fascinating! ;)
