This helped me the last two times

As soon as I felt a little swelling down there... I took two Advil cold and flu/ advil cold and sinus then sitz bath with bath salts and massaged the area. I continued taking the advils as if treating a cold. It kept it from going full blown infection and not as painful. The third day I massage the area again and the puss came out.
I hope this will work for the other sufferers too because this shit sucks!
