Hi. Re Pitchford's book. I can't follow all his dietary advice due probably to having blockages here and there. For people who can get rid of their liver & gallbladder blockages, then it is much easier to follow the dietary advice.

I ate according to his recommendations about 30 years ago, before his book ever existed, and I felt very, very, very good in all respects. But after a few years, I think I became deficient and couldn't stick with it. And that is all right. We have to make a distinction between healing diets and forever diets, and there is no "forever" diet. I think Pitchford understands this. One has to digest his whole book.
