they felt bad for various reasons such as not colon cleansing before and after the flush, not rehydrating or not taking Epsom Salts ,no prepping, people like taking short cuts
and it gets them sick

Andreas or Hulda Clark s are the most popular just follow it with no short cuts.


if you have no kidney issues then i wouldnt worry about kidney cleansing till down the road. After abut 4 flushes
