underweight and concerned..

I was out today and looked at myself in the mirror and thought to myself that I looked emaciated.
I weighed myself as soon as I got home. Yup, I'm skin & bones. Way too thin and not even trying to lose weight. The Crohn's colitis can make you lose 10 lbs in a week without trying. I feel gross. I don't even know what to ask about. I'm just scared and too effing skinny.
