I have exactly the same experience, but most articles on the Internet only talks about how sex/ogasm is natural and healthy, while my body tells me otherwise. I really wanna know if this changed for you guys or not, would like to have some personal discussions too.

I think the above mentioned articles are still not mainstream? Or if they stand, it only means we have to restrain on sex?
