I get nervous about "high dosing" anything, especially when a person may have a mercury problem. Liver problems are too common with Hg.

I *always* start with low doses of supplements and work up to normal levels. I try to be aware of commonly reported symptoms of taking to much.

This is why I wrote Epsom Salt foot bath. A full bath is too intense for some people as well as being impractical for many.
