It would be nice to find some things to take the edge off of those feelings while you look for underlying cause(s).
Mainstream medicine will want you to take mood related medication forever and probably not address underlying causes. I agreed to try some and it did work fairly well; however, it is so much nicer and more natural-feeling to successfully address deeper reasons for it!
