Oh, please consider magnesium glycinate & Epsom Salt foot bath (Mg Sulfate).

Please also consider a few mg of lithium orotate!

Also consider using some fish oil two or more times per day. While the combo of Mg and Li might be felt on the first day, even within hours, Fish oil will likely take a month to take effect. It is involved in brain repair.

Some glutamine or GABA might also be relaxing.

Others will suggest smoking pot or using alcohol to try to calm down. Over the long term this will kill brain cells and damage your liver!

The combo above have been impressive for me.
