don't knock magnets unless you've tried them.
I used to have a small tumor and a strong neodynium magnet was one thing that definitely reduced the tumor size every night I had the magnet strapped over the tumor.
Of course not every magnet product will work as described for everyone, but don't be a rock in the mud- get up and try one!
