Thanks WS, I was doing that too, taking probiotics and I made some rejuvelac and was using the rejuvelac in my green smoothies. I even put a probiotic capsule in my neti pot. I cannot eat dairy because of a dairy allergy otherwise I'd be well from just drinking my kefir. :(

Since I couldn't wait, I put 3 drops of Lugol's Iodine in my neti pot. I also stopped taking Advil Congestion which I think was making me worse instead of better. I also juiced some carrots and ginger and drank that. Today I do see some improvement although I'm still in pretty bad shape.
