Hi there,
I am also 22 and have the same feeling/ symptoms. Been dealing with this shit for over a year (which doesn't seem that long, but when you think of how many days you wake up and stay feeling shitty in a year, its a lot.)
anyway, ive been to multiple functional doctors, been to about every single conventional doctor that exists, been on supplements and a gut-healing diet for many months, and i still have many of the same symptoms and unrelenting fatigue that really just makes me feel depressed and shitty 24/7.

i often feel like im the only person my age who feels this way, as i look around at my peers who are out drinking and are happy and healthy with lots of energy. Im only telling you this because i want you to know that you're not alone. i do a pretty good job of hiding how i feel when im in public, so just know that others around you may also feel the same way you do. it just may not show as much.
what are you doing right now to help your body/mind?
