It would help to know more of your history.  Do you have mercury amalgam fillings?

How old are you, etc.?

There is really only one way to heal up on Curezone in chronoligical order IMHO:

Kidney Cleanse

Colon Cleanse

Liver Flushes

Metal Detox

Parasite cleanse

There will be specific things you will tweak in the above process.  Look into IodineVWT forum, see if you notice anything that would jump out at you regarding your own case.

Andreas Mortiz' book is a must, you will get a great plan there to start your journey. He also still has a forum on CZ eventhough he is sadly deceased.
