i think it was WedMD. I can't remember exactly where it was, but it was helpful. Much better than an physical diary or journal. You would rate your symptoms from say 1-5 (1 being mild, 5 being most severe) and then it would graph it. For me, it was extremely helpful to be able to see where I was a few months prior compared to the present date.
