I've just finished some vital research on this subject. Beginning at about age 28, our internal production of Nitric Oxide begins to plunge, and by age 40 our level of NO has plunged by > 50%. This results in a loss of control of our blood vessels & arteries. Sooner or later we are ALL affected and the typical result is cardiovascular disease, atherosclerosis, hardening blood vessels, erectile dysfunction, chronic constipation. Multiple organs are impacted by reduced blood flow including the intestines.

Some people are impacted with severe colitis:

The solution is to replace lost Nitric Oxide with diet & supplements. start taking 1 Gram of L-Citruline with 5 grams of L-Argenine, such as this:

You also need to add lot of dark leafy greens, beets, beet juice, pomegranite juice to your diet.

Such a severe inflammation also suggests autoimmune disease. This possibility calls for 10,000 IU Vitamin D3 Geltabs. D3 is not a vitamin, but a vital hormone. There is a nationwide deficiency epidemic of D3.

* At Home Blood Test: Blood should measure between 70 to 80 ng/ml
Start D3 Geltabs @ 10,000 IU Daily for 3 months, take blood test and adjust dosage up or down to get 70 to 80 ng/ml. Each 1,000 IU change in dosage changes blood test by 10ng/ml. If blood level won’t go up, see Vitamin D3 Cofactors below.

Lastly, I suggest getting an Iodine urine loading test with testing for bromide & fluoride.

If you are deficient, then start the Dr. Brownstein Iodine Protocol.

Iodine is required by the immune system to prevent disease, cancers, and to supply hormone sensitivity, much more. There is also an epidemic of Iodine deficiency, I suggest reading this book:

Best to you, please give me some feedback if one of these basic approaches works for you. All are backed up by extensive doctor research.
