When I was so sick I could not even see an actor with a band-aid on. My mind would just freak out. It's not until you really sick that you see how many things around you effect your stress level. Oh a the high adrenaline shows and the forensic shows that are on TV.

The information is just not out there enough to prevent the anxiety before it starts.
The thing is nobody's understands how much stress we keep drenching ourselves with everyday. We have gotten it drilled into our brains to do more, work more, worry, get angry, and shove our way through life and a lot of people don't know that they need to calm their mind down to stay healthy. We eat bad diets that are devoid of whole animal parts that hold the rich amino acids we are burning up with all the stress. More people are catching on to eating more healthy or at least in my neck of the woods. All my friends are jumping on the band wagon because they are having health issues.
