Couple of questions, can you start the schedule for the liver cleanse after 2pm? Lets say 4pm and adjust all the timing by 2 hours? It will work better with my work schedule?

Also, for sleeping, can I take melatonin?

One last question, it says after 2 don't have anything to eat or drink. When can I start drinking water?
