Sometimes I have trouble falling alseep, if I stay up past 11-12, my tummy area starts to burn (my colon hydrotherapist told me it's actually my small intestine area lol). It's like a burning sensation like I'm hungry. I Used to eat whenever it would happen but if I stay up long enough, My stomach will make gurgling noises, and eventually burn again. My naturopath thought it was blood Sugar issues so he had me take pancreas supplements, but it hasn't worked. When my stomach is normal, it'll make gurgling noises sometimes... And no matter what I do, I can only sleep 7 hours at the most. whether I sleep at 10 or 1, I wake up 7 hours later!
Anyone have any suggestions? I've tried natural calm, melatonin, and I was even on trazadone from my kaiser doctor.
