After a long battle with Candida, perhaps over 20 years if not my entire adult life, I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. I was making too many mistakes, and had tons of die-off symptoms, but I wasn't getting better. I was putting all my hopes on anti funagls products, BIG MISTAKE! my biggst prblem was that I was constipated, had bad food combination and I did follow classic low carbs protocol that made my digestion and constipation worse and of course made me run out of energy. And of course I made too many changes all at once.
