That's a really great story! I did my first one now just about a month ago (I'm 34) and really didn't notice any drastic improvement in anything, but I'd like to think I'm pretty healthy, not overweight, etc. But I still plan to do another one starting next week.. Once a month really isn't bad. I was able to handle it just fine and I figure it can only help me.
