Hi - your posts really resonated with me- thank you. I have constant adrenaline surges and a genetic inability to degrade adrenaline so it's double hell. I've just started thyroid meds - just t4 bc t3 is too much for me. I'm also on cortef to support adrenals along the way. I'm taking liposomal vitamin c as well which helps a little. But I'm open to any suggestions because my adrenals are in bad bad shape. Thank you for your insights.
