Hi Dr. Andreas,

I have two lipomas, one on my chest around 3cm x 3cm x 1cm.
Around 19 years ago, I got the operation that my gall is cut off due to the fact that I had the gallstones. For years I am the Large to XL size in view of Asian man body size.
Several years ago when I had the big pressure, the lipoma on my chest is a bit painful and sometimes when having the Sugar or red meat, the lipoma inside have some kind of "electric flash" I can feel, I guess it seems like the lipoma got the "nutrition" and "supoort" for its growth...I guess...
I had this lipoma on my chest for years, at least more than 6-8 years...
Starting from early last years, I am aware of all the healthy things and especially the past 13 months, I tended to be the semi-vegetarian - it means I cut off almost 80% of red meat, white meat, 70% of the meal is the flaxseed, fried hemp seed, coconut oil and basically I am the veggie...I reserve 10% of the meat eating for social life.
Dr. Andreas, this lipoma embarassed me a lot, not only the social life (I scare to swim and semi-naked for sport), but also my health...before when I don't know this lipoma "is not the big deal", my emotion and mood was a bit down...I read a lot of sotires about the operation in the hospital and its scandal that now I scared to give my body to most of the western medical treatment (I have seen a lot of people including the one very close to me had been played by the evil medical professional and had the medicine everyday, it is nothing but crazy).
Dr. Andreas, several days ago I read some of the cases the helpful people here to post and from yesterday I tried the Triphala bought in Hong Kong and right now I took twice a day, each time 1 tablet.
I also saw some articles that Liver Cleansing is closely related to the elimination of lipoma, I do have the interest in it to know more.
Dr. Andreas, is there any other way to get rid of the lipoma? I am looking for its remedy so bad...
