i have 6 root canals and i hope to do something about them but i don't know if i can afford it or the implants and if i don't get implants i don't think i will be able to eat.

the thing is the IBS definitely went away 100% with oil pulling but the oil pulling its self is causing me really bad symptoms of depression, fatigue and brain fog when i do it with coconut oil.

im not sure if its a detox reaction and probably partially is but i want to try different oils. i don't think olive oil caused this Depression but it caused really bad herpes outbreaks in my nose and i think it also caused insomnia.

im hoping people with different oil experiences can point me in the direction of an oil that won't make me so devastatingly depressed and exhausted.

i really do hope to have the root canals removed and i am pretty informed on them (as well as freaked out by them) but till then i need to know what oil i can use to keep the IBS at bay and not feel so depressed that i want to kill my self (which im not planning on doing just expressing how bad i feel).
