I found out about this diet through the net... although I've not been able to actually read from the Master-Cleanse book..I found the receipe etc ...and started it from that...
Since then, I only know tid bits about what to do or what to expect... I'm just curious as to how I will come off of this without getting sick.

This was my day 1 ..it didn't go as smooth as it should have... I hope tomorrow is better.
My headache never returned though ..which was AMAZING and very GOOD..all things considered.
