God, the Holy Spirit, speaks truth to us, especially when we seek Him for it, or, people are praying for us that truth would be revealed to us by the Holy Spirit. People may think that this is their heart speaking to them when it is really the Holy Spirit speaking to them telling them what the truth really is."
