I'm an experienced "pure water (therapeutic) faster" and have never added coffee to the fast. I'm curious for the following reasons:
(1) Why did you think to add coffee?
(2) Do you continually drink coffee on your fast?
(3) I'm currently on a pure Water Fast (7th day) and thinking about trying a cup of coffee. Your thoughts?
(4) Do you get any "side effects" from the coffee (headache, nervousness, jitters, upset stomach, etc.)?
