First thing you should do is change your diet to a low fat vegan diet. It seems a little hard at first but incredibly easy once you get going. Read Dr Neal Barnard's book on diabetes and diet. Look up "raw till 4".

Yeah coffee enemas made me feel sooo good at first but now they're just meh..

But yeah change your diet before you flush. You don't want your bowel to be blocked up when flushing.
