Hi ! I read your symptoms and I have many off the same. I don't feel hungover the morning and my blood work just showed elevated liver enzymes GGT /ALT and pre diabetic blood sugar. I eat pretty good and am thin. I have been suffering for years with constipation and before that had ukverative colitis .
I got sick of being sick and tired and opened my wallet to a naturopath who ordered blood tests for brain chemistry and more importantly food sensitivities .
Shows dairy, egg whites and coffee bean and cocoa beans.
Which of course I have been eating and drinking forever.
My serotonin was very low, in the 5th percentile ...and cortisol levels showed why I don't sleep well.

I bet you have food issues....they just get worse as you get older and my constipation has made me a breeding ground for Protozoa - my stool test just came back positive for 8 types.

So, if you can I would start with comprehensive igg/iga testing. It's just a finger stick.

Enemas... I have been doing them for a month and they def help me feel better. Improved mental clarity, less darkness of mood/ thoughts.

Good luck! We need to get living right?
