I agree with WS, both Enemas and Liver-Flush will help. Simple explanation is your skin is doing the job of your liver because your liver is sluggish. Thus the smell is coming from your skin and your colon is also not functioning properly.

If you eat fresh fruits and vegetables in its raw form (slighlty cooked is ok) for a month you will see the change. One Liver Flush should make a huge difference, though.
