Ok that makes a lot of sense. I will for sure attempt a Liver Flush but I'm afraid this will impact my adrenals since I've been diagnosed with exhausted adrenals.

Wouldn't an enema be quicker to cleanse the colon rather than Oxypowder ? or these are 2 complete different things.
