Most interesting experience. That said, I discovered that taking CS long term seemed to impact my electrolytes. Of which I was able to counteract by taking oral rehydration salts. However, what's interesting in this is that I too noticed colder extremities(namely the hands and feet) in the early stages of my treatment. Though this seemed to have gone after adding mineral supplementations.

PS. I'd also add that I could likely avoid this by spitting out the CS after use. And so it's quite possible that these types of symptoms are not likely significant for people having to take Colloidal Silver where gastric related issues are being met. Otherwise, it's simply a matter of protecting the digestive tract from the effects of the silver on the flora.
