I have done Colon Cleanses on the past,but it has been a while.

In the last few weeks I have done 2 liver flushes. Also doing a daily coffee enema ,(except before and right after liver flushing)

With the flushes, I released a lot of sludge and some stones.

I am starting to feel a little better now. I know the flushes have helped.

Definitely get the Liver Flush book.
