Hi, ive been suffering from un-functional constipation for past 4months. my ive been taking 9 LBBs and 2 tbsp PWA for past 5 days now. Starting my OJ fast today! few questions: can the fast be done without colon flushes/enema? if not, what is the least evasive colon flush? how do people integrate solid foods(mainly fruits/veggies) back into their diet?
