That is a great question, I was wondering that myself. I think I have read that people have been told they needed their gallbladders out, then did liver flushes, then were told they can keep their gallbladders.

I would love to see an ultrasound of my gallbladder before and after, but that will probably not every happen because I don't have any pain or other symptoms.
