Unless you have been eating a LOT of fish, & seaweed then you are quite simply deficient. Women especially suffer from deficiency, and the first symptoms to be noticed are cold hands, cold feet & menstrual/hormonal problems.

We live in a sea of toxins where bromide, fluoride & chlorine displace Iodine from our cells. Especially from our thyroid which causes low thyroid problems ( cold hands cold feet low metabolism) When you test your Iodine levels, also test for toxins.

Don't believe what you read or hear about iodine unless it is from a qualified iodine doctor. There is a LOT of mis-information out there. Expert iodine doctors include:

PS) When I first started this project, I was so deficient in iodine that the Lugols Spot Test disappeared in just 3 minutes. The iodine spot test is not accurate, but is worthwhile to see if you are severely deficient.
