Supping with Iodine is very tricky.  It would probably be best to include in these messages that one should have their iodine tested at Hakala labs before embarking on a very complex and sometimes incredibly difficult path of iodine supplementation.  It can do wonders if it is what one truly needs, but it can be a complex journey that can create complications if not.
