Things I'm doing currently:

Tapering from Valium... down to 8mg from 15mg (tapering 5-10% a month)

Diet: High fat/calorie vegan with low Sugar (candida?)
Legumes, Grains, Avocados, Raw Veggies, Oils, Nut. Yeast, etc.

Have been using 1T of a Psyllium based colon cleanser for 1.5 years and am achieving 1-3 bms a day... have gotten out lots of plaque.
