Hello, thanks a lot for the useful tip. I have Hashimoto´s and I have been on T4 only supplementation (for years) - and does not seem working well. I am on vegan, gluten free, mostly raw diet and my main concern is if I can drink urine while taking those medicaments. I would be happy if anyone could share their experience. Thanks!
