Hey! Haven't been on here in forever, and I was just checking my old messages. Hope you are feeling better. I have been very depressed because of the progression of this illness, but I swear, I need to give Iodine another chance! I regularly take around 4 mg daily, but it wasn't enough. Yesterday I decided I had had it with my Nystatin rx, and took 12.5 mg of Iodoral. I was very shaky for a couple hours, but after I exercised, I was ok. I even made a nasal spray with my Lugal's. And would you believe it - I had my best night's sleep in months! I mean, that alone tells you it's working. Perhaps you can give it a try if you haven't done so already.
