Thanks for such a complete reply! I've done a few coffee enema recently myself, and not so much b12. B12 is organically bound cobalt, and coffee enemas contain manganese.
There is likely some mineral balance relationships there. Manganese can deplete magnesium, so make sure there's greens in your diet while you're doing the coffee enemas! :)
Need to buy more eggs myself too~
