Mine was immediate. After 2-3 days, I noticed my lips were much stronger, sturdier, and they stopped peeling like large flakes when wet. When they do peel, it's a different kind, much more miniscule. The change is drastic. Although I'm not 100% completely healed, it is an an ENORMOUS step forward. Goodluck to you!
