Hi Monroe444,

So happy that someone has an ear for this info, that is why I keep posting it.  AF (I used to think I had it for years, but now I don't believe in it) could very well and most likely is improper supplementation or lack of supplementation of b vitamins.

I think you are super wise to pick up on these things as they are cutting edge and could save you hella problems with your health.

Re the Glutothione.  Supping it has helped some and crashed many more.  Check out this thread by the 2 men in the world who know more about supping b vitamins for people with chronic (PWCs) diseases:

Freddd is who I chose to follow ultimately because he pulled himself out of a 30 year CFS/ME hole with this info and has heped hundreds do the same.  He has read over 100 studies on b12, md's come to him for advice in helping their family members recover. It is really working for me, but I am following it to the letter.  Here is a concise breakdown of the protocol:

http://forums.phoenixrising.me/index.php?entries/my-understanding-of-freddds-protocol.1697/

The key is to understand the need for potassium that will hit after starting.  I eat tons of bananas and coconut water and I still needed it believe it or not.

I would stop the Glutathione and coffee enemas for now, then restart CEs after you feel stabalized.  Ahmo, a member of that board, does CEs with Freddd's protocol no problem.  But she has been supping properly with the right b's for 2 years.  I believe CEs and liver flushes can flush out a lot if not all the body's reserves of b vitamins. Doesn't make them bad, just have to prepare for them...Good luck!
