Glad you got some stones out, that's great!
Yes, I hear you about the dehydration from the ES. I can't say that I have the perfect answer, but eating fresh fruit, doing juices and taking electrolyte drinks (I like ElectroMix by Emergen-C) can help (not Gatorade).
Also, avoid eating dehydrating foods like crackers, breads, dried fruit or alcohol. Warm baths can be hydrating. Enemas were used to hydrate in hospitals and probably still are in many places, but they can wash out my sodium and sometimes have the opposite reaction with me, depends on the day.
It has to be approached with the big picture in mind when it comes to hydration with these conditions as the body is already out of balance because we eat the wrong foods for our design, cooked, etc.
It's interesting to note that Gerson therapy does not allow the patients to drink water, only fresh juices and no salt. Water can make me more dehydrated as it can dilute our already low minerals and it just passes right through me at times.
Do you have a good liquid mineral supplement? That may help. I like Trace Minerals by ConcenTrace.
Many of us are in the same boat with that fatigue and the LFs, it's just gotta be a balancing act.
I drink a lot of fresh thai coconut water, it is full of minerals and taste really good...good luck!
